Design detailing and construction management of this 3000sqft townhouse in NYC. Custom cabinetry (Design Apart) flown in from Italy and installed insitu required special pre-detailing for installation and design coordination were intense due to tolerances in minimal metric dimensions. A floating stair was engineered and designed with local manufacturers to achieve no vertical connections to the floor or ceiling - a completely cantilevered condition.
