This abandoned 1950’s building in San Juan PR, was renovated into a 98 room destination party hotel with a restricted color palette of blue and white, the nuances of tone and texture curated guest experiences unique to the look and feel of the brand. The renovation included ballrooms, restaurant, pool bar and cabanas in addition to a double height lobby.
